- Who can practice?: Whether you are nine or ninety, male or female, a sports person or not you can participate in Shin-Ki-Tai Ho. It is a 'low impact' exercise which helps stimulate and promotes well being and health. It can be done almost anywhere.
- What to Wear? : A tracksuit/tee shirt and jogging bottoms or something similar and comfortable, that does not restrict your movement.

- Shin-Ki-Tai Ho is part of Treorchy Aiki Ryu's training principles developed by Kyoshi Mike Williams Shihan, specifically aimed for the general public who would like to participate in a non-competitive and non-martial environment but be able to achieve the long term benefits as outlined below. However, Shin-ki-Tai Ho will also benefit existing martial artists from all disciplines and all types of sports men and women or keep fit enthusiasts. It really is for everyone.
